A total of 100,000 houses will be built under the 1Malaysia Civil Servants’ Housing Programme (PPA1M) nationwide and we are proud to be selected to join forced in it. The government would identify strategic locations in the capital and major centres, to expand the programme. The project majorly providing medium-cost houses, priced RM250,000 or below for civil servants.
The PPA1M provides public housing with a minimum floor area of between 1,000 and 1,500 sq ft at a price of between RM150,000 and RM300,000. It is located at Centre of Putrajaya with total 4 block of 24th Storey High Rise with 2 car park block and amenities building.
The construction involvement advancement is on the symmetry and consistency of design in order to achieved advance period of time in construction. The total 20 ekar land with 1680 unit of apartments has being completed in 24 months period of time.
