Located in a strategic location, the Grand RiverView Hotel is easily accessible by road, rail, and air. The hotel offers various function rooms, including a nearly pillar-less ballroom with 1,000 pax capacity. Complementing the facilities are the Hospitality suite and Secretariat Room, where patrons host their business events and offer their guests a memorable experience.
For this project, we propose to upgrade the 2 nos. Chiller in the Chilled Water System to increase the efficiency of the Air-Conditioning System and reduce electricity expenses for the hotel in the long run.
